Hello!

Registration for new students for the 2023-2024 school year will be done online through the district website.

Please refer to the attached document (on the right) for information about required immunizations.

Parents will receive a letter from the district that will have a pin number to allow them to register their student online. Each student will have his/her own pin number.

Parents with new students enrolling at Hawthorne please refer to the District website (click on their logo at the bottom of this page) for more information and forms.

New students need to have immunization records, original birth certificates and parents need to provide at least two forms showing residency in Hawthorne's boundaries.

New students to ELP who are not Hawthorne students register as new students at Hawthorne and need the same personal documents, but only need verification of residency in the SLCSD.
